Older property, smaller room, tiny bathroom, tv and bed we're fine. Housekeeping had left the ac cranked on it's lowest setting and when we checked in at 10 pm, the room must have been 55 degrees (it was 90 outside that day). Coldest ac I've ever experienced. Shower rod was hanging loose and had been for some time; the bathroom wall was disintegrating...
Location is good, as there are many restaurants, stores, and entertainment options nearby. The nearby lakes are good for fishing, boating, and swimming. The rooms are kept quite cold, but the temperature can be adjusted. The doors are a little difficult to close completely, requiring a good push/pull to shut completely and lock. There is a pool, a hot tub, laundry facilities, and continental breakfast. Service is decent.

Stayed here last week and was very pleased. Clean rooms, no infestation of any kind, nice pool and hot tub area, and even a little "store" for food, snacks, and drinks so I didn't need to leave the hotel at night. Staff was friendly and greeted me by name after check-in every time they seen me. Nicer breakfast than most hotels including biscuits and gravy. Ramada will be my new go-to hotel when I need a place to stay in the Lakes area. Great place to stay and reasonable price for the area.
