Great place for tools and supplies
Usually have what I need in stock, most of the time have help available for questions, do have to kind of track them down, but can usually answer what you need.
Very much a disappointment for a larger hardware store, many essential items that should be carried by a true hardware store are not here. The staff is a mixed bag depending on the dept. Tools dept. great service but beyond that venturing into the paint isles or back in plumbing & electrical don't expect any help; I have on several occasions been in need of assistance and had to actively search for help only to find the associates gathered around paint mixing station simply standing and conversing. Check out isn't very efficient as the check out lanes are very cramped and don't open another register to meet the demand.
