  I have never in my life been treated so rudely.... I went in to check out equipment and the lady there didn't even ask if she could help me,she yelled across room and said "What do you need"? Really? I'm getting ready to have surgery so need to see about some equipment...she said who's your insurance company? I told her,she said,they don't cover that!( Let me remind you she hasn't walked up to me yet,back to me answering my questions!!) So instead of telling me prices so I could rent them,she went to other area so I left! I had surgery on Thursday June 7 in Sioux Falls,the next day I called there again thinking this lady probably just having bad day that id try again because having a total ankle fussion and bone graphing I needed a recliner...when she answered the phone she didn't even give name of business so I had to ask if it was Sanford Medical...well yes she stated so asked about renting a recliner and she sapped and said "we don't rent those"!!!! Here we go I thought,explained to her i what I had done and that I had a pain box,and she was so rude and said,what? They let you come home with that? None of your business lady I wanted to say but started crying and told her she was very rude and hung up!! I notified my Dr and told her because she told me to go there, well after last episode my Dr said stay away from there and they would not send anyone there again, my. Dr called another place in town and they set me up and where wonderful!!!! This woman needs to be fired, I've heard since this that I'm not the first she has treated like this!!!
